A change in your life

Losing qualifying coverage, getting married, having a baby or certain moves may qualify you for a Special Enrollment Period. HealthCare.gov

Tell the agent what changed and when; eligibility and documentation depend on the event.

Keeping or changing your plan

Review your application and coverage during Open Enrollment rather than assuming an automatic renewal still fits your needs. HealthCare.gov

Bring the renewal notice and questions about costs, doctors and prescriptions.

Do not cancel current coverage based only on this guide. Confirm the new plan and start date before making a change.
