Information on this site
Content is general information, not legal, tax, or medical advice. Our ZIP tool identifies a county and helps you request guidance. It does not provide price estimates, insurance quotes or eligibility decisions. Your actual premium, plan availability, and eligibility depend on the insurer, your county, household, income, and the Marketplace's determination. We do not offer every plan available in your area; any information we provide is limited to the plans we offer, and you can see all options at HealthCare.gov or your state's Marketplace.
Our service and compensation
Our help is free to you. We are paid by insurance companies when you enroll. Your premium is the same whether you enroll through us or directly.
SMS (text message) terms
- Program: MarketplaceHQ health coverage updates. If you opt in, we text you about your coverage request: follow-up on your request, appointment reminders, document and enrollment status, and Open Enrollment deadlines.
- Opting in: You opt in by checking the optional text-message box on our website form, or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies based on your request, typically up to 8 messages in the first week and fewer after.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You'll get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed and no further texts.
- Help: Reply HELP for help, or call (888) 217-5577 or email coverage@themarketplacehq.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
Calls and contact
When you submit a form, you ask us to contact you about your request by phone or email, and by text only if you checked the text-message box. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Marketplace applications
Before we help you with a Marketplace application, we will ask for and record your consent as CMS requires. We will review your application information with you before it's submitted.
Use of the site
Don't misuse the site, submit someone else's information without permission, or interfere with its operation. The site is provided "as is," and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from its use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
